P1 (2024) Joint Admission Exercise Update

Do take note of the timeline for P1 (2024) Joint Admission Exercise:

• Application Period: Monday – Friday, 3/4/2023 to 14/4/2023 (Online)

• Madrasah Entrance Test : Saturday 20/5/2023 (Timing will be emailed later)

• Application Result Release : By Friday 16/6/2023 (Via email)

• Appeal Period : Monday – Friday 19/6/2023 to 23/6/2023 (Online)

• Registration Exercise for Admission : Saturday – Saturday 1/7/2023 to 8/7/2023 (Online)

Eligibility

P1 2024 Registration is only for children born on or between 2 Jan 2017 – 1 Jan 2018.

Application Fee

A non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged for every application. Payment via bank transfer/paynow/eNets only.

Number of Vacancies

200 (boys and girls)

Required documents needed for registration

1. Identity cards of both parents and guardians (if applicable)
2. Child’s birth certificate and Certificate of Citizenship (if applicable)
3. Deferment Letter from Ministry of Education (if applicable)
4. Summary of K1 Progress Report/subjects took in K1
5. Other related documents such as divorce papers, custody letters, death certificate, adoption certificate, Marriage Certificate of step parents  etc. (where applicable)
6. For application made by the guardian, please also attach an authorisation letter from the parents

If your child is born before 2 January 2017 and you wish to apply for admission into Madrasah Irsyad Zuhri Al-Islamiah  for P2 and P3 2024, entrance test will be conducted in November 2023 (for admission in Jan 2024). This is subject to available vacancies at that time. You may download the Application from our website. Your child will be required to sit for an Admission Test.
