“In the early 2000s, as part of its fundraising efforts, Madrasah Irsyad Zuhri Al-Islamiah initiated various projects involving international educational institutions in the region through curriculum and resource development as well as training and development consultancy works. In 2014, a separate entity known as Irsyad Trust Limited (ITL) was established to undertake those international projects. With effect from January 2021, ITL is no longer affiliated with Madrasah Irsyad Zuhri Al-Islamiah and does not represent Madrasah Irsyad Zuhri Al-Islamiah in any of its dealing with other parties.”
